Introduction to SAS

This free workshop will provide a basic introduction to SAS analytical software using an informal and hands-on approach. No previous experience is required. The following topics will be covered:

• Getting started
• Accessing and reading in data
• Modifying data
• Merging data
• Doing some simple data analysis

Discussion will be encouraged throughout the workshop. This workshop is organized by the COOL RDC at the University of Ottawa and will be given in English. Only students from area colleges and universities can participate. Because of the limited number of available work stations, the number of participants will be limited to 10. Another workshop will be held later this summer at Carleton University.
